About the Role We are looking for a full-time Customer Service Associate to join us at our central Stockholm office, starting in August and reporting to our E-commerce Manager.
You will be the voice of JEANERICA — helping a high volume of customers via chat and email in Intercom, managing the complex task of handling customer service across the entire purchase journey for a large customer base all over the world. We invest in cutting-edge tech and development, making this role sit right at the front of how customer experience is being reshaped by AI, so a genuine curiosity and yearning to learn about that shift matters.
Responsibilities
- Respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via chat and email
- Manage the complex logistics around orders shipping worldwide — tracking shipments, navigating customs and carrier issues, and resolving delivery exceptions across markets
- Be the day-to-day contact with our logistics and carrier partners
- Maintain accurate customer records in Intercom and Shopify
- Help develop AI operations and use of tools, and refine our support workflows
Qualifications
- Very comfortable learning and working with digital tools — you pick up new software quickly (Intercom, Shopify, Yayloh, and Claude are the foundation of our tech stack)
- Strong written communication skills in English
- A genuine care for customer experience and the service craft, with a keen eye for detail
- A real curiosity about AI and how it's reshaping customer service — this role sits at the center of that shift, so genuine interest matters more than experience
- An interest in fashion is meriting
- Previous customer-facing experience is meriting
- Experience in customer service using CX platforms such as Intercom, Zendesk, or Salesforce is not required, but a strong merit
What We Offer
- A full-time role at a growing brand, with room to develop as the company scales
- Daily, practical experience with AI tools that are shaping the future of customer service
- The opportunity to develop the operational side of customer experience together with the E-commerce team from day one — we launch new features in days, not months
- A spot at our central Stockholm office, working alongside a close-knit team
